We seek to reduce agent overhead and provide multiple compensation options for agents to choose from. We do not use quotas or sales requirements. Each of our agent plans include the same broker services and provide recruitment bonus incentives. Agents may choose from the following options:
Volume Incentives Plan
- 80/20* agent split up to $1M in annual sales
- 90/10* agent split after $1M in annual sales
- 100% agent commission after $10M in annual sales
- Recruitment bonuses: 3% agent commission on recruited agents' transactions up to $10M in annual sales
- Monthly agent fee: $300
- Includes agent MLS access fee coverage, E&O insurance, business cards, email account, listing signs, showing solutions, website property search for clients, office voice mail, brokerage support
Monthly Savings Plan
- 70/30* agent split
- Recruitment bonuses: 3% agent commission on recruited agents' transactions up to $10M in annual sales
- Monthly agent fee: $150
- Includes agent MLS access fee coverage, E&O insurance, business cards, email account, listing signs, showing solutions, website property search for clients, office voice mail, brokerage support
